tips for better memory

Are you often forget? The possibility of your brain's ability to remember has begun to decline. Actually, forget is beginning the process of remembering something. You need to know, the ability of human memory generally is divided into three ranks namely recall, record, and get back.
1. remember of Allah, memory will grow strong if we always remember of Him.
2. practicing a fast because the mind can be sharpened.
3. pray to Allah Almighty that you are given the power of memory, a calm heart and intelligent mind
4. read and memorize Al Quran. If cannot try to read Yaasin
5. Regular  exercise. It is to loosen the tension the muscles of the body before learning something new. Muscle relaxation can reduce the anxiety when trying to learn new things.
6. Sleep well very good for your memory.  The research shows that the people who woke up when had a  dream is not able to process the memory of the previous day. So, it is easy to forget.
7. Give a brain time to rest which is about 3 to 10 minutes after doing an activity.
8. Always think positive
9. Focus on the things that are very important
10. Try to use all our sense like hearing
11. Try to speak it out after we read in repeatedly
12. Use mind map
